Roof Replacement was amazing. This particular section of the roof had had a previous repair by another company and the repair was not successful. The price was right and the roof has not leaked for over a year and a half. The crew took pictures to show what was wrong and what needed to be done. There were also pictures and video taken during the process. These people are great. Our entire roof will need replacing in a year or two and we will definitely be calling on them to do the work. They also repaired sections of the gutter at a very reasonable price.

With the historic rainy weather weve gotten, our poor roof had given out like a lot of Los Angelinos. We had over 4 leaks in various parts of the house and it was time to put our old roof out of its misery. Our friend had her roof repaired by Adolfo and recommended Roof Replacement Inc. We got 6 other quotes but we ended up going with Roof Replacement since they gave a great value for a quote that was similar to everyones we went with Roof Replacement and we were not disappointed. Demo occurred in one day, they were able to replace the rotted wood and put the insulation in two days and cover it up really well while we waited for the rain to pass and extremely delayed city inspection to come by. After the rain, they were able to torch and add the finish the roofing in another day or two. Adolfo and his associates were extremely responsive, keeping us updated along the way and making sure everything was tidy along the way as well. Absolutely awesome. First of all, Im a single woman and got sky high quotes for roof repair, except from this company. Kenneth, the project manager came right on time. I was impressed in that he showed me a model of a roof and explained and showed me the different layers of the roof and what needed to be done. The price was outstanding and they needed to replace swamp cooler platform too. On the day of repair they were right on time. We built an ADU with Adolfo and we were impressed by how punctual and detail-oriented him and his team were. They did quality work and our entire project was seamless.**EDIT**02/2023Unfortunately, Adolfo couldnt complete this job and ensure the gas line was separated from the main house to the ADU, although we were upfront about requiring this in the contract. He essentially blamed the gas company and refused to help us get to the bottom of the matter, so we threw our hands up and asked for a quote for this final step. What was most disappointing is the quote he gave us was THREE TIMES the amount ($$$) other quotes we received which was a complete blow considering all the work we had given him and all the positive reviews we had left for him and his company. A real shame and we would really hesitate to recommend them now.

Fantastic response! The heavy rains last night resulted in a roof leak in my kitchen. I called Roof Replacement first thing in the morning, and they answered within two rings. Half an hour later, they were at my door and examined the problem. An hour later, in the middle of drizzling rain, my roof was patched and the leaks in my kitchen stopped! All this service without any complaints or grumbling, and just a smile and assurance that the problem will be solved, which it was within a couple of hours!

This roofing company is an absolute FIND!!! Ive never dealt with a roofing company that nails it the first try; the other companies never solve the issue and want to sell you a whole new roof! Or they ghost you after having not solving anything. We had water pouring into the house during a rain storm about a year ago... My wife called and he showed up quickly; and with a crew of guys ready to work. Fast-forward a year later, we just went thru another rainstorm that would usually create a big flood in my kitchen, but everything inside the house is completely dry for once! Thank you, Adolfo!!!
